Christmas Cask Single Malt Whisky - Double Rum Release

An exciting collaboration with our neighbours at New Norfolk Distillery. It's the result of a crazy idea, we gave New Norfolk Distillery a delicious 100L Derwent Distillery single malt whisky cask and in exchange we received an amazing New Norfolk Distillery rum cask of the same size. We filled the cask while it was wet, drawing on its intense fresh rum flavour.

Our Christmas Cask single malt whisky release is the result of a 100% rum cask matured single malt whisky, further matured in a freshly decanted New Norfolk Distillery rum cask. Bursting with sweetness, spice and everything nice, it's a double rum matured single malt whisky!
