200th Anniversary - Malt Spirit

We are thrilled to share a momentous occasion with you – the celebration of the 200th anniversary since the first flicker of the stills at the original Derwent Distillery site two hundred years ago, on December 15, 1823.

To honour this amazing story and in a nod to Rowland W Loane who was the founder of the original Derwent Distillery, and the spirit that he produced (which was not aged), we have launched an 18 month old malt spirit. Patiently matured in carefully selected Tawny Port casks made using our very own malt spirit. This is the first release of malt spirit from our new distillery site.

A wonderful example of what will be our future release of single malt whisky. A taste of the future, in honour of the past.
