200ml Oloroso Cask - Single Malt Whisky
A single cask, single malt whisky. Matured in a first fill 100L South Australian, Seppeltsfield Cooperage, European Oak, Oloroso Cask. Matured for 5 years and then flocked in a ‘short flock method’ where we retain the viscous and rich mouthfeel and flavours of the heavy oils which are often lost during a longer flock.
What to expect: A delicate oaked amber colour. Aromas of spiced oranges, fig and sticky sherry. On the pallet you can enjoy pantry spices of nutmeg, warm apple crumble and oak. Delicious long and slightly dry finish.
This release has been bottled in a convenient 200ml size.
