Crafted using 45kg of locally grown strawberries, slowly steeped in a special blend Derwent Distillery gin, this small-batch release bursts with ripe, juicy strawberry character. A delicate infusion of native river mint adds a refreshing lift, creating a beautifully balanced gin that’s both bold and refined.

Our Forager’s Find series celebrates the best of Tasmania, from backyard harvests and surplus fruit to foraged native botanicals. Each batch is handcrafted, making every bottle a limited seasonal release.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Fresh strawberries, soft florals and classic juniper notes

• Palate: Lush, sweet strawberry with a gentle minty lift

• Finish: Long and lingering
