Nestled on the banks of the Derwent River, the distillery is only a short drive to the tourist town of New Norfolk and MONA.
Guided Behind the Scenes Distillery Tour
Step inside Derwent Distillery for an immersive guided tour of our picturesque, riverside distillery in Dromedary, Tasmania. Led by our onsite distillers, you'll explore the rich history of the distillery, gain insight into our whisky and gin craft, and see our copper stills. Visit our bond store and get an up-close look at the barrels where our single malt whiskies are matured.
Each tour includes four exclusive tastings - gin, single malt whisky, and liqueur, with some served straight from the cask for a truly authentic experience. Guests also receive $10 off any cellar door purchase at the end of their tour.
